Welcome to AI Jingle Maker, a service provided by Call Me Fred – adsyme Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), registered in the United Kingdom under company number 08301982. By accessing or using our services, including the AI Jingle Maker platform, you ("User" or "you") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
The AI Jingle Maker platform enables users to generate jingles, sweepers, audio promos, and other audio creatives. Users can purchase packs of voiceover credits to create AI-generated voiceovers, which can be utilized to produce audio jingles. Additional services, such as the Voice Recorder and File Uploader, become accessible upon purchasing the respective add-ons. Notably, voiceover credits and add-ons acquired through AI Jingle Maker are also usable within the AI Show Maker platform at no extra cost.
All purchases of voiceover credit packs and additional services are final. Once a transaction is completed, credits cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred to another user. This policy aligns with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which recognizes that digital content, once accessed, is not eligible for cancellation rights.
Prices for voiceover credit packs and add-ons are determined by AI Jingle Maker and are subject to change at our discretion. All prices are listed excluding VAT/sales tax, which will be added where applicable, in compliance with the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002.
Payments are processed through our Merchant of Record (MoR), Paddle. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with Paddle's terms and conditions.
Purchased credits do not expire and will remain available for use indefinitely.
All jingles and audio promos generated through the AI Jingle Maker service are delivered to users in MP3 format.
